Thank you Nonny - Truworths Eastgate

My rating is not going out to Truworths but to an employee at Truworths Eastgate. I would like to thank Nonny for going the extra mile and even after headoffice rejected a claim from a customer. After collecting my shoes from the store Nonny noticed my disappointment and days later, unexpectedly I received a call from her informing me that she had spoken to the regional manager, explained my case and arranged that I be refunded
