<p>After numerous complaints on the rude and rather useless agents bullying me over the phone, I finally received a call from Lynn (which stems from my hellopeter post). Much thanks to her for the courteous way she handled my query and for the advise. Not only did she answer my previous questions, she also managed to inform me to great satisfaction on any other query i had at hand. I still strongly believe that should've Truworths' agents offered me information when I requested assistance regarding eft payments, sending my statements as per my request or offering feedback when one writes them an Email or call their contact centre, none of this would've escalated to this point . With that said, my payment should be reflecting within the next 48 hours and therefore hope that my requests to close my account would be fulfilled without any delays . Once again, Thanks Lynn. Please keep me updated on my request to get the audio recording with the agent as per my previous request</p>
