THANK YOU CAMPUS SQUARE

I bought a gift for a friend on my account at Uzzi, the gift receipt was attached and whatever else, the tshirt did not fit, so my friend decided to take it back for an exchange Truworths the Glen gave him such a Hassel. Saying that they needed a letter from me as the account holder and that they cannot exchange it themselves, I need to do so! Which was annoying cos now I had to cut much of my lunch break short trying to sort this whole mess out, went to Truworths at Campus Square and they were so polite and helpful, only to find there is no such policy in place, truworths the glens staff do not have any sort of customer service, they treat you as something they s****ped off of their shoe! I am so thankful to the wonderful lady Lucky at campus square who assisted me within minutes to do the exchange and restoring my trust in the Truworths brand :)
