Excellent service received at truworths festival mall on Saturday 06:08:2022 I went to the store to pick up an- on line order and the store manager was busy checking on us while waiting be served… Apologising for the waiting period and I mentioned that i am collecting my order and she took me to another area and I was assisted immediately by her, she really diserves some recognition in the company.
