Thandekile store admin manager at mall of the South truworths

I am absolutely livid with truworths at Mall of the South. Thandekile is the Store Admin Manager that "assisted" me. I bought shoes on account last weekend and it ended up being a size to small for my girlfriend.the shoes had some dust under them and because of that she refused to take back the shoes. I will also add that yes the box was damaged. All I needed was a size 5 in the exact same shoe and now I'm sitting with shoes she'll never be able to wear and R575 less on my account that will never be used. I cannot express my disappointment enough without using profanity. Absolute poorest level of treatment towards a customer. Something has to be done about this ASAP
