Terribly disappointed

I am terribly disappointed! I placed an online order on the 15th of December for perfume. The website stated that if you place an order before the 17th of December that it would be received before the 25th of December.(I have a screenshot of this). I received an sms on the 18th of December stating that the order is being prepared and will be delivered to you soon. The 19th I called customer service to check on the order #*** since I did not receive a tracking number. I was told by a lady called (Monique) that she will look into the order and get back to me. She never got back to me. I then called customer service again today to get an update on the order and spoke to Anam and was told that my order which is suppose to be delivered to Graaff-Reinet was delivered to George! She also said that she cant do anything about it, it will unfortunately only be delivered by Friday. Friday???? I would like to know what happened to delivering BEFORE Christmas???? What is the point??? I specifically asked that it be delivered to Graaff-Reinet. This is unacceptable. Your advertising is misleading.
