Terrible Service - Truworths Fourways Mall & Truworths Online Fashion

Honestly if I could give a zero rating I would - shocking service at Truworths Fourways Mall as well as the Truworths Fashion online store. I have paid for shoes I have yet to receive 2 weeks later. Seems the only thing your store is good at is giving honest customers the run around. Really disappointing. I was promised the shoes delivery by Friday 25th of November for a company function - that was the previous week on Friday the 18th of November when I paid for them. Not only have the shoes not arrived (almost 2 weeks later) - no contact either - I called the store and fashion online store 3 times. None of the promises made were fulfilled. I was not rude or unkind to staff, and the thank you I get for supporting your store for many many years is literally silence. I now need to return to the mall for the 3rd time to sort this issue out. Truworths please explain why your time is apparently more important than mine! Why your staff cannot pick up a phone and give a customer an honest answer?
