Terrible service took my money nicely and did not deliver

I place an online order, they don't deliver my stuff and say its delivered! Now i must wait for them to investigate to get it or get a refund and this was a wedding present foe my brother whose wedding is next week. total bull**** they cant even tell me who they delivered it to!
