Terrible service from Truworths Alberton

I took was purchasing a dress of Truworths Alberton City a sale item. The dress had few treads loose, I showed the supervisor prior to paying for the dress, I needed it urgently for my birthday which is coming up in this June month. She acknowledged it. While we where paying she came back and said she just wants to show her manager the dress. Then the store manage refuse to sell me the dress in the store. This is after I showed the supervisor the dress. They just took the dress away while we was busy paying. Didn't offer to check in other stores where I can get the same dress. No assistant at all. The Manager said they need to send it back to the supplier. Absolutely bad service. I am totally disgusted by the way I have been treated. I hardly go out because of covid but I took this afternoon to go look for a dress and after I found it, they refused to sell it to me.

I wouldn't have so so upset if they sourced me another dress from another store, but they didn't even take the time.
