Terrible service from Truworths
This morning I called Truworths Customer Service, spoke to Anela. I saw a shoe online, however it's not available in my size. Agent advised that I call the stores in Gauteng & KZN to ask about stock availability. Is this customer service? Why can't they call and organize an IBT? Why can't your agents resolve customer issues with a positive outcome?
Please note that I've called in, and had an agent assist me with ordering items that's not available online. Why can't they assist me now?

I am fully aware of the POPIA, however Milani did not even have the audacity to confirm if any confidential details were disclosed. If this IBT is not done, I will make sure further steps are being taken, especially against Milani who just treated and spoke to me like a ********. I'm utterly disgusted at how this issue is being dealt with, especially from the Head Office Staff. Sort this out and ensure that your customers get the respect needed.
