Terrible service.
On the 30th of June 2023 my sister in law took back a jacket on behalf of my mom. 6 Months later, my mom got a sms to say she must come pay her account for the jacket that was never brought back. They now claim there's no camera's to see if the jacket was brought in. Surely they must have it on their records if they gave a receipt on the day. Unacceptable service Truworths, Heiderand Mossel Bay.

11 Jan 2024, 16:34I will send her this information. However, my mom does not have the receipt anywlmore, because she thought the provlcess was done when the jacket was given back. The fact that they gave her a receipt on the day must mean that they can trace it on their systems? Apparently there is no cameras to confirm that the jacket was given back between 11 and 12 on the 30th of June last year. Surely they have records?

12 Jan 2024, 08:47My mom threw away the receipt after that, because she thought the return process was done and complete. Why would you keep a receipt for returning something? If they gave a receipt, it must be on their system of that day? I'm also in the retail industry, and I can go back to a date and time easily to see what happened an a day. Surely they must be able to log back to the 30th of June?
