Terrible Service

Why is it so convenient for Truworths to religiously demand payments monthly and yet when i have requested a paid up letter after paying off my account, they do not send it and ask me to check my "spam folder" for the letter. Why not just resend it if its there?How hard can that be?Disgusting attitude,I am disappointed ?
