Terrible service delivery from truworths

Truworths online website states delivery within 5-7 working days on multiple occasions i have ordered items and delivery takes more that 14 working days also when i call in to query theres no customer service i am simply just told they have backlogs absolutely dissatisfied with the customer service from truworths online.
