Terrible service at V&A Truworths Branch

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment I received at your V&A Waterfront branch. I previously reported this incident in detail to your head office, yet I have not received any response or feedback.

During my visit, I was subjected to extremely poor service from both the manager and a cashier. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but also outright disrespectful. This level of treatment is completely unacceptable and does not align with the standards one would expect from a reputable brand like Truworths.

The way I was treated at this branch is a direct reflection of Truworths' overall customer service, and if such behavior is tolerated, it speaks volumes about how customers are valued by your company. I urge you to take this matter seriously, address the conduct of your staff at this branch, and provide me with a formal response regarding the steps you will take to rectify this issue.
