Terrible service at Truworths Weltevreden

18 July 2020 I wanted to purchase a jacket at Truworths Weltevreden. I however do not know where my Truworths card was so the cashier then said I could make use of my I.D or driver's license. I was then told by the manager I could not use the license because it had expired a day prior (17 July 2020).

I went back home got my new license still couldn't find my Truworths card and went back to the store. Only to be interrogated by the manager Asheeqah as to where I got a new license so quickly. Firstly it was none of her business all I came for was to purchase a jacket. She made my shopping experience at that branch so unpleasant as if I was a ******** with a forged license.

The jacket I wanted was the last as no other branches has anymore stock of the size that I want. I did not even want to argue with her and I left the store I won't recommend any of my friends family and public to go shop at that branch!
