Terrible service at truworths Dobsonville

Drove all the way to the truworths branch in Dobsonville from the Clearwater branch to exchange a pair of trousers. That was the only branch around joburg that had those trousers. To my surprise and dismay when I got there I was told I need to pay an extra R100 because the pants were now priced differently. Even though I had the receipt showing the price I paid originally and the fact that this was just a direct swap, exactly the same thing just different size. The staff were not having it. Seeing that this was going nowhere I decided to rather credit the pants instead of an exchange. So they end up having a credit and losing a customer because of a ridiculous decision. Anyway no surprises as this was my second bad experience in less than a month. So thank you for chasing me away truworths, I guess my money is not good enough for you.
