Terrible service and unhelpful staff

I was very unhappy regarding the level of service I received from your Southgate branch when my colleague and I were searching for a perfume to try and pick out for a wedding the ladies that we found there were rather very unhelpful inpatient and would not assist us whenever we enquired about what scent a particular perfume/cologne has as we clearly stated what our budget was and we cannot buy something that we have it tasted out ourselves. They rather seemed to be on the opinion that we did it intend to buy whereas we actually drove from work to the store to actually purchase something. I would very wild like to get some feedback on this matter as I was not very happy with the level of customer service
