Terrible Service

I recently ordered shoes from truworths and asked that they be delivered at Maponya Mall, unfortunately I haven't been feeling well and couldn't go pick them up. I received 2 calls from a lady called Ingrid telling me she's going to credit me because my order expired, I then explained to my situation. Today I asked my mom to pick up my order like she normally does at Jabulani Mall(They require me to send an email and for my mom to give them my ID for a copy) and they refused. When she asked for Ingrid she refused to come to the saying she's eating lunch and doesn't work with emails, she wants a hand written letter and will credit my shoes because I can't come in. I'm very disappointed with the service received and plan to close my account with them.
