Terrible service

I baut a phone and the front page terms clearly states faulty handset return within 7days. The area manager refused credit or change of fone. As it does not state need to go for testing. It is refund in 7 days and there after if faulty it goes for testing. I'm telling them the wifi does not connect to this fone at home. All other devices are working. They made me wait for hours as management went for workshop. And it took the staff hours to get thru to a manager. Very unprofessional as at least one manager needed to be available for emergency.... When the manager spoke to me over fone. She plain down refused to refund. Even tho I was within 7 days to return.... Worst truworths brand. Phoenix plaza
