Terrible service
I have been struggling with my online profile and keep going back on forth. When I contact the online customer care service number then I am told that I must send an email to ***. Then when I send them an email I am told to contact the service department.
I would like for a manager to contact me to resolve this issue as I am tired of going back and forth.
