Terrible service

Truworths did not allocate my payment on the 4th and I sent the POP on the 12th and still not allocated because apparently the email address I was given is in correct. Also, according to them my reference its incorrect, yet I paid through their link. the worst of all is that the unpaid account get registered on the credit bureau
