Terrible service
Wow I ordered an item online with Truworths beginning of May 2023 and Truworths service provider Courier It lost my parcel. I now have to wait for 3 to 10 working days for the refund to happen and I again need to purchase the item again. Why can't Truworths just send another item. If I wanted money I would have not made a purchase! Really not happy with this experience.
