Terrible Quality of Shoes
Three weeks ago I purchase a pair of brown shoes at your Eastgate branch and I must admit I have never bought has a poor quality shoe in my life that my heels bleed when I wear your merchandise which is a clear sign of poorly made shoes and sold at a high price. These days I return more good as Truworths use to be the leader in fashion but now it is totally over priced and at such poor quality that I feel like its a crime. How do you sleep at night knowing that you are taking advantage of your customers. Now I'm left with a pair of shoes that can't be worn that I wish I could take some form of legal action against you. Such a sad day that this is actually what your brand now stands for. You should be ashamed.

At Truworths we aim to provide high quality fashionable merchandise that meets and exceeds the high standard that we set. Whilst the necessary measures are taken to try and ensure that all merchandise meet this standard we acknowledge that quality inconsistencies may occur.
Therefore when merchandise presents with a potential quality issue, it may be returned within a six months period from the date of purchase, provided that valid proof of purchase is presented and all criteria of this policy is met.
Following your communication with one of our consultants we can verify that you were informed of this and were kindly requested to return the shoes to the respective store where it was bought.
