Terrible policy
My partner bought clothes at Truworths Rosebank Mall using a credit card, but they do not fit my son, so I went to Truworths Newcastle Mall to refund they couldn’t do it they wanted the credit card. They said I can only exchange with LTd clothes of wish I did not want. I was hoping they will refund I put it on my account and order the correct sizes coz the other items were Earthchild. This system is bull**** I am so angry. I had to leave.
