Terrible online delivery process.

The delivery process of online orders by Truworths is very slow and unorganised. I bought some items on the 09th of July 2020, but even now the status only shows order processing. It takes about 3-4 days for the courier to deliver items bought in the UK to Tzaneen, but for Truworths it's nearly 10 days and the items are not yet delivered. I will never buy online again, they are terribly failing.
