Terrible online collection service
Their online collection process is a mess, you wait for a long time before they can assist you and when they do, they take you from pillar to post. They disregard the fact that the reason why you bought online is to avoid long queues. Management if there's any is pathetic as they never seem to have control of what's going on, staff members have conversations with each other while assisting you, how unprofessional. Truworths as a brand sells beautiful things and of good quality, it's just the staff members at truworths Southgate.

I would like to thank the Truworths Southgate store manager for his professionalism. His polite manner of approach regarding my experience at Truworths Southgate is much appreciated as it shows that customers are viewed as an important part of Truworths when shopping there. The fact that he called me to further understand the issue at hand is commendable and hope that my experience at the store will be more nicer from now on as I LOVE Truworths clothing.
