Terrible Horrible Service
<p>I bought items online on the 10th of December I phoned in last week Thursday 15th to find out when the items will be delivered I was promised that the items will be delivered on the 19th. On the 19th only few items were delivered I logged a call again and I was promised that the items will be delivered before the end of business day on the 19th but that didn't happen. Today 20th I logged a follow up call and I was informed that the fashion delivery is not available at the moment, when I enquired about the time they close they told me at 17:00 and I wanted to find out why they are not available they said that they have a CHRISTMAS PARTY. Like really now must we suffer because of the Christmas party?</p>
