Terrible customer service and they don’t care

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint about the unacceptable service I’ve received from your online store. The level of inefficiency and lack of communication is extremely disappointing and not what I expect from a well-known retailer like Truworths.

I placed my order on, and to this day, there has been no proper update or assistance regarding its status. I have reached out several times, but your customer service has been slow and unhelpful. This delay has caused me unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.

It is unacceptable for customers to be left without updates or accountability. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter — either immediate dispatch of my order or a full refund. I also urge your team to improve your online service response time and communication.
