TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a jacket for my son at Truworths Continua, he removed the tags and as he put the jacket on he noticed that the stitching was coming loose on quite a few places, when i looked at it i saw that as well i paid R999 for the jacket. I took the jacket back to the store and showed where the stiching had come off and asked for exchange for another jacket, the cashier was very rude just rolled her eyes at me and called for a supervisor, when the supervisor came she had then told him well there is nothing wrong with this item. He just looked at me and said well we cant exchange this item as it has been worn, so i tried explaining my son noticed what was wrong when he put on the jacket. He then said well there is nothing more i can do please take the item and go as we are . the cashier then then looked at me with a smirk on her face which i felt was so unprofessional. I have an account with Truwoths for years and this is a first experincing such bad service. Been a professional person myself and dealing with complaints i felt the approach of the store manager and service desk consultant was unacceptable, first of all i wasn't even given the opportunity to show them what was wrong with the item, i was just told there is nothing wrong take the item as leave. It felt as though i was there bothering them as it was time for them to leave. Such rude people i dont think i would ever want to shop at that store again.
