Terrible Customer Service

Worst customer service ever!! You can go learn a lot about customer service from Foschini and Edgar’s. The sad part is this is not the first terrible experience I have with Truworths this is just the one of many and I officially hate Truworths and their stores now!! All I needed was a quick answer to a question but instead your employee looks right at me walk right past me offering no help at all not a hello or I’ll be right with you. Nothing! The guess what she walks right past me looking right at me again do a second time while I’m trying to just quickly ask a questions. Leaves me just standing around there. So I decided to help myself to get an answer to my question then suddenly another employee appears but not to help just to stand there looking at my husband and I with the most disrespectful look ever!!! Still no offer to help! Only once I decided I had enough and lost my temper and decided to leave the store to they both quickly want to try and help too late then !! Never ever again will a Truworths store see me again and I will make sure the world knows about the bad service of Truworths this was the last straw!! You group CEO Michael Mark will be hearing of this!!
