Terrible customer service

I am in disbelieve that I can get such service from Truworths. I made an online purchase due to covid and asked them to fast track my order so it can be delivered today and I would even pay for that delivery. All they could say was no that's not gonna happen and was happy to cancel my order. I have a funeral to attend and I was hoping to wear the clothes I purchased at Truworths but unfortunately not. I don't see why this is not possible since I am willing to pay for an overnight delivery. If pep can do it why can't Truworths.
