Terrible customer service

I'm from truworths Northgate mall, l was looking for smbody to assist me and l came across Hlengiwe who was on a cellphone, l asked if she can help me, she shouted at me and told me that she was busy on a phone, l told her that there's no one around to assist me she showed me Nyameko who was far from the area that l wanted help from. If you going to employ people like hlengiwe you will lose your customers no one deserves to be shouted at when looking for assistance, l wud never employ a person with such bad attitude even if l were to run a ****za shop, I am so dissapointed with such service in this day and age. When l think of it how many people out there who are desperately looking for jobs whilst people who do not deserve to be employed by any company like hlengiwe are playing with their precious jobs. On the same note l wud like to thank Nyameko for her excellent customer service for even apologizing on behalf of her colleague who didn't care less. I really appreciate her friendlyness.
