Terrible customer service

I was deeply disappointed and disgusted with the customer service I received end Dec at the cornubia branch. The cashier however seemed willing to help but the consultant at the call center was clueless and not willing to hear my story In a nutshell my account was paid via eft and however did not reflect on the system. Apparently it takes 3 to 4 days to show. Instead of being of help I was made embarrassed when I needed to purchase an item. My account has never been in arrears and I hold excellent credit rating. The store manager /compliance officer was downright rude and unfriendly. Halsa salajee if memory serves correctly. Instead of being diplomatic and willing to assist she was abrupt. She clearly needs more training in compliance and customer support. The reason for this unkind review is I received my statement and it shows so clearly that the eft was paid and cleared before I wanted to purchase. This compelled me to write this review
