Terrible customer service

I've been a loyal customer for almost 12 yeas, my credit available is close to 20k. I've shopped many times at truworths Phoenix plaza the staff know me well, I always received good customer service. I've always used my I.D or drivers license to shop and never had a problem. Today I go in the picked my item and ready to cash, the employee with employee number (***) started asking me why where's my card I explained I'm using my I.D she then went on with a belittling voice asking me where is your card is it at home or you lost where is it, I asked again why? She then started repeating her questions to me as if I was a grade R child she was reprimanding. I then asked her if it was a problem that I was using my I.D she said NO! In a rude way and seemed very upset at me I was shocked at her behavior and just paid and left. I'm all my years shopping at truworths this is the first time I've been drilled for shopping with my original I.D document even more so I'm shocked that the staff in truworths feels like they doing us a favor by cashing for item we are paying for if this is the kinda service truworths is going to be giving customers moving forward then I wouldn't wana be part of it.
