Terrible customer service

Went to The Grove for a dress & they didnt have my size, they said Boulevard had my size & I should go there cause they cant transfer the drees cause I have no account. Drove all the way to Boulevard centre arrived at 13:00. On the window it showed "Stock take and we will open @ 14:00" walked around for an hour to go in & buy the dress. 14:00 came & still the doors were closed. Costumers knocked on the windows. Very rude lady cant even open the door to tell customers the system is offline. ' "While stock taking", we saw them sitting @ the back doing nothing" '.
