Terrible custk er experience truworths gateway

Terrible absolute joke come to the store with the same ID I opened the account with and get told my ID is not usable to verify to purchase.. I'm assisted by a shanel who refused to give me her surname says against policy to share that detail.. I opt to buy the items cash and then get told they need my name surname and ID to apply discounts this is a joke what store doesn't give you store card after 2 months
