TERRIBLE CASHIER AT TRUWORTHS

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Had a return to do and my mum was actually flabbergasted at not being greeted and having this sales assistant stare blankly while concluding the transaction with then her card being thrown at the counter. No thank you , no hello. With business being as bad as it is, it is shocking to watch this kind of arrogance from staff. When my mum asked her why she was just staring, in other words ZERO engagement, she retorted she "was not !". Instead of apologising and maybe saying she had things on her mind etc. ZERO INTERACTION makes one feel invisible and undervalued. PLEASE KINDLY have a word with this staff member as she is not the brand ambassador consistent with Truworths. She will cause you reputational risk. EMPLOYEE ***/GATEWAY
