Terrible business ethics by Truworths

I went to Westgate mall to run my monthly errands and wanted to exchange an incorrect shoe size my brother gifted me with two pairs of shoes he bought in the truworth in Dobsonville, all I wanted was to get a correct size of the same shoe, presented my invoice and I was told I cannot exchange the shoes because they where bought with account, the account holder must write a letter and I must bring the letter to be able to exchange and that is their policy. Who set such policies? Im upset and will not support this brand ever again their customer service is horrible and where is customer relations in such business?

I couldn't exchange a size because of a letter I did not have what a waste of time queuing to hear such even they're manager couldn't assist im beyond dissapointed I don't even want those shoes anymore, I don't think I ever walk into their stores ever again im stuck with a wrong shoe size because of a letter. Hello peter please assist in this unfair customer practice.
