Terrible and mightmare service at truworths clearwater

Truworths clearwater is a joke.they refused to assist me .they were very arrogant useless. Even that lady that calls herself a store manager is a joke. This is the worst shop ever and if you want you day to be ruined go to truworths clearwater. A simple exchange of size to one size up they refused to help.i bought the clothes for my kids the day before and when i got home they were small. I am glad i closed the truworths account. The clearwater branch really gives a bad name to truworths. Very arrogant .useless .***********. lazy , They are a nightmare. I regret ever going to that branch because i usually buy at truworths northgate and you leave the shop smiling. I wish someone from the HR dept read this and do something about that useless manager and useless cashier.i even asked them to credit the clothes back to my husband card since they cant help me.i even asked for a simple telephone to call my husband so he can email the consent letter.they refused.to exchange clothes to one size up they wanted a consent letter .my husband Id card and his truworths card. Not even polite but in a rude manner.
