Terrible and despicable service

I have been dealing with truworths for almost a year now regarding the insurance claim for my account. I have sent multiple emails to both truworths Legal, truworths services and finrite to zero assistance. Violet Phokungwane sent me a confirmation email on the 17 February 2020 that my claim is being processed. Since then I have been handed over to MBD, the most *********** and unprofessional company I had to deal with. Truworths is stressing me out, I am tired of your despicable service. I need this sorted out, please.
