Temp ID not used at truworths

I recently ordered online and my order to be delivered at Truworths Lephalale Mall, when i went to collect my order they told me they dont use temporary ID . Lost my wallet and did my Temp but they couldnt use it including the SMS i was sent . Now i have to wait till my ID comes back to collect my items , disgusting .

Dont you think you should be advised as to what you need before making the order to avoid such , i have lost my wallet with everything and went to do the temp now that i cant get my things
