Taggled Neckless and dirty Sneakers

I placed an order with Truworths order was delivered yesterday and today. I honestly do not have words to express the anger and disappointment.t this the second time firstly I ordered Hemisphere takkies when one takkies had a design and on the sole and the other one didn't. again yesterday they delivered dirty white sneakers it like i bought them from second-hand shop where they sell things which cost less than 100. the neckless delivered today it so taggled I cant even untangle it. i am so disappointed i thought they sell quality and respected the brand of the shop.
