Such harrasment of the installment that I payed.. During lockdown!!

I would give a -10(minus ten) if there was.. I'm soo furious with the way they harassing me this lock down period.. Worse they sent me the information on how I must pay the account of which I did.. I payed even extra beginning of this month yet I've been receiving messages every single day that my account is in areas.. I've been receiving 2-3 calls per day of an automated voice sh** stating that "we concerned that I have not made payment on my account" its sooo irritating cause I did pay this... Wish I could close the damn account right now.. Worse its lockdown, I mean for people who really have no means of paying are they receiving this kind of harassment... Hayy nooo maan n***!
