I'm Highly irritated with the service I got I have been a customer since 2006. your collections team were terrorizing me for me for a R72 as if i owe you millions. Investigate my payment history why am I being treated as a ********. That ladies in your collections team needs training for customer services they have no way to speak to customers and no one will disrespect me on my phone. Don't you people know of the POPIA act I will never give my id number over the phone you are calling me surely you should have all my details since you made the call another idiot is telling me it could be someone else answering my phone that how do you explain it's my number on your records. i want this to be delt with I'm not happy with your service at all *********** stuff. Treating me like a common ******** and not a valued loyal customer i was over these years
