Stressful experience and neglect at Truworths Man King Williams Town Mall
I had the worst experience at Truworths Man King Williams Town today 21 February 2023 from 10h00 to 11h09. I had to wait for service for over 30 minutes and had to leave the store without being served and no one explaining why. Instead the lady supposed to be serving was making a lot of noise even disturbing the lady who was busy opening an account for a customer. I have never had such a harrowing and stressful treatment at Truworths Man before.
