Store opens late and is inconsiderate of customers

I have been to the store a couple of times in Mahikeng Mall in the North West they never open on time. Shopping hours during the week is from 9am but they never open on time. Now we are struggling with load shedding they least they could do is to be considerate that we have other things to do. They opened more than 30min late. It’s month end if you miss payments they call you. But when you come to pay the store fails to open on time.
