Store opens
<p>I went to shop, been there since 8:30 hoping to shop and quickly get on with the rest of my day but 1 hour later store still not open. this incident happened on the 11/08/2017 at Truworths Froredt Hill. I checked the trading hours and the sore was supposed to be open at 9:00 </p>

Our stores are instructed to strictly adhere to the store’s scheduled opening and closing times. The Store Manager of the relevant store has confirmed that the store did not open at 09h00 on the clock as we experienced difficulties with the lock and requested a locksmith to assist.
We acknowledge your frustration and can indeed understand the inconvenience this has caused you. We regret that you did not shop as a result of this; however we look forward to seeing you, our valued customer, in store again soon.
