Store manger needs More people's skills

I app**** for an account online and it was approved, I received an sms saying I could make my first purchase using my ID. Last night after 5 I walked into Truworths long beach mall. Grabbed a few items went to the till. Once I got there I explained that I did my application on line and wanted to make my first purchase using my ID. After handing over my ID I was told by the consultant that she could not assist as my ID book was loose. I need to go have a ID card made and come back. I then asked for the manager and to my surprise wow service was apporling all she said was nothing we can do and just carried on doing what she was doing. She did not even apologize for any inconvenience. I felt so humiliated as I was in retail for 18 years and I would never have treated my clients in that light.
