Stop Harrasing Me
I short paid on my Truworths account at the end of January and intend on paying the arrear amount & instalment at the end of February,

I have received numerous phone calls on both of my cell numbers and work number. To add to this I received emails and smses. I already have a mail confirming that it is acceptable to pay at the end of February.

Truworths are treating me like a ******** or like I haven't paid for years. Leave me the hell alone and communicate with your email department. I don't have the time to repeat myself to every person calling me.

I am a good customer of Truworths and before I had an account I purchased for 1000s off rands cash.

Get your facts right before you harass me and treat me like a rogue in front of my colleagues. Very unprofessional.
It is not my problem you have 3 different forms to communicate.
Thank you for your post.
We acknowledge your frustration however wish to advise that our intention with sending the arrears communication is certainly not to aggravate or upset our customers. It is simply a means for us to inform our customers on the status of their accounts and to allow the opportunity for customers to make a suitable payment arrangement should they be unable to meet their payment commitments.
According to our records your account is currently being handled by Blake and Associates, who does collections on our behalf. As no payment arrangements were noted on your account further communication was generated for you.
Subsequent to your post we can verify that a successful payment arrangement was noted on your Truworths account on 22 February 2016. We kindly urge you to honor this arrangement.
We trust that we have adequately attended to this matter for you and look forward to your account being brought up to date with payment.
Kind regards,
Lynn
