09 Jul 2015, 14:10Hello LadyangeL,
We have investigated this matter and established that your Truworths account was being handled by Blake and Associates on behalf of Truworths.
When an account reflects in arrears communication is automatically generated in the form of telephonic, SMS, postal and email correspondence to advise on you on status of your account and that your credit worthiness is asset.
This communication is not sent with the intention to cause frustration of any kind and regret that it has been perceived as such.
We wish to confirm that the payment mentioned in your post was made via EFT on 04 July 2015, however these payments generally only reflect after 3 working days, therefore at the time when you were contacted on 06 July and 07 July the listed payment did not reflect.
We are pleased to confirm that the mentioned payment has successfully been allocated to your account which and your account is up to date with payment.
We thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and trust that we were able to clarify your concerns however, should you have any further inquiries, please contact us on *** or via email on ***.
Kind regards,
Lynn
